Too often, we compare ourselves with a friend, magazine image or celebrity.

The 5 Basic Body Shapes, what are they?


There are several ways to define your body shape. The most basic way to do it is to determine if you are either a · Hourglass · Inverted triangle · Pear · Rectangle · Apple


Note to everyone…

It is essential to mention that we are all different, and sometimes we are not one or the other, we can be on the border of two.


Naturally, we are ALL different shapes and sizes, there is no right or wrong, and within those shapes and sizes we are all BEAUTIFUL!
